  1. Overview At Hoverdale (UK) Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.

    • Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Custom-made or bespoke items are not eligible for refunds unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  3. Refund Process
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  4. Partial Refunds
    • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • If applicable, partial refunds will be calculated based on the condition of the returned item(s).
  5. Late or Missing Refunds
    • If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
    • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
