Pan Mixer Liners

Greatly Increased Efficiency & Profitability

Hoverdale has developed hard surface Pan Mixer Liners which extend operating life by up to 8 times in most cases.

  • Reduce downtime & maintenance
  • Complete service – supply & fit improved liners & hard wearing Tungsten Carbide blades
  • Ultraclad 800 proven wear resistance – fit & forget maintenance
  • P600 200% improvement in operating life
  • Puts money in your pocket, not in replacement parts

Conventional wear protection is only half the solution.  It can now be upgraded to save costly maintenance and downtime, dramatically improving the cost-efficiency of your pan mixer operations.

Hoverdale offers two grades of tried and tested long life wear plate:

Ultraclad 800 Wear Resistance – Solving wear problems for 20 years

Ultraclad 800 is a chronium carbide overlaid mild steel plate. It combines the exceptional wear resistance of chromium carbide with the ductibility and strength of a good quality mild steel. Independent laboratory tests showed a 33:1 wear resistance advantage over mild steel.

The only way to be sure of achieving genuine, consistent high quality performance is to insist on quality assurance to BS EN ISO9002 and individual metallurgical test certificates. This is precisely what you can expect from Hoverdale Ultraclad 800.

P600 Wear Resistance – 200 – 300% Improvement in Operating Life

By combining extreme hardness, strength and wear resistance, P600 is a highly successful material in really tough situations.  P600 is used in chutes, hoppers, bunker transfer points and crushers.  Because of its ability to withstand heavy impact without deforming, Hoverdale P600 is ideal for use in many applications.

Our chocky bars and buttons are made from premium-grade materials, ensuring superior performance and reliability in even the most demanding applications. Whether you’re dealing with mining, construction, or industrial equipment, Hoverdale’s chocky bars and buttons offer unmatched durability and protection against wear and tear.
