The Role:
- Base salary £35,000 + Bonus + Company Car Ford Ranger Wildtrack
- Unlimited earning potential
- One hour paid break a day. Morning 15 mins, Lunch 30 mins, afternoon 15 mins

Responsibilities
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Use the company CRM system to record all activities linked to the sales pipeline.
- Undertake Technical Surveys after the quotations are submitted, and the customer would like to proceed
- Co-ordinate/control activities concerned with parts sale support
- Upselling of upgrades
- Respond to RFQs RFQ
- Chasing of quotations to establish the reason for ordering or not ordering
- Handling customer technical enquiries
- Develop existing customer relationships
- Support monitoring & maintaining process structures
- Undertake customer site visits to encourage sales and reporting on such events
- Send weekly and monthly sales reports against targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Liaise with production to ensure that customers’ delivery requirements are achievable
- Work closely to build relationships with customers.

- Clean driving licence.

Fabricator / Welder

The Role:
- £15.50 per hour (46 hour basic week) Mon-Fri
- Overtime available with ability to earn between £40,000-£50,000
- 1 hours paid break a day. Morning 15 mins, Lunch 30 mins, Afternoon 15 mins

The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for the following
- Working from engineering drawings
- Using material from 2mm-10mm mild steel and stainless steel
- Flat bar to round tube, fillet joints, butt joints, & lap joints.
- MIG welding predominately. Advantages if can also TIG & MMA, but not essential
- Using manual machines for cutting, bending, folding, and pressing.
- On occasions, may be required to assist on customer sites with fitting teams.
- Basic hours 46 hours a week. 7-5 Mon-Thurs & Fri 7-1 Additional hours available.
The candidate must possess the following skills & attributes to be considered for this role.

- Overcome manufacturing challenges

- Previous experience of welding or fabrication experience

The CNC Miller Setter/Operator will be responsible for the following:
- Working from engineering drawings
- The ability to be able use a clock to datum a part
- Operating CNC milling machines
- Loading & unloading of parts
- Changing and maintain cutting tips
- Quality inspection of parts using verniers and gauges
- Basic hours are 46 hours a week. 7-5 Mon-Thurs & Fri 7-1 (Additional hours available).
The candidate must possess the following skills and attributes to be considered for this role:
- Be able to work from own initiative, but critical to be a team player
- Have a “can do” attitude
- Be able to overcome manufacturing challenges
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Take pride in their work and have a keen eye for quality and detail
- Previous experience in welding or fabrication
- Ideally, C&G 4-year apprenticeship, but not essential
- Must be proficient in the ability to use clocks and datum work prices.

The Stores Person will be responsible for the following:
- Loading & unloading of parcels from transport
- GRN goods into the company’s stock systems
- Booking out goods from the company’s stock system
- Assembling and packing of parts in preparation for shipping to our customers
- Auditing and maintaining stores
- Producing reports from the IT systems
- Goods Inwards of parts from suppliers to check quality and quality
- Basic hours 46 hours a week. 7-5 Mon-Thurs & Fri 7-1 (Additional hours available).
