Cancellation Policy

  1. Overview
    At Hoverdale (UK) Ltd., we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted.
  2. Eligibility for Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without any penalties.
    If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please refer to our Returns Policy for further guidance.
  3. Cancellation Process

    Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
  4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
    If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window and the order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
    Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  5. Non-Cancellable Orders
    Custom-made or bespoke items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
    Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for returning such items.
